This poster was designed in Adobe Illustrator to promote space tourism to Mars and experiment with texture. Rachel avoided the cooler blue and purple colors often associated with outer space, and instead grounded the idea in familiar red clay typical to the American Southwest. Using texture, high-contrast colors, and layering, Rachel referenced the vintage travel posters both for international travel and for our National Park Service.
